June 2018 Update
Important Account Information:
On Saturday, September 29, 2018, we will be upgrading our software and delivery systems. We will open on Monday, October 1, for regular business hours, with our new system in place!
To best prepare for this upgrade, it will be necessary for some services to be unavailable Friday, September 28 at 5:30 PM until Monday, October 1.
Over the next few months, our staff will be working “double duty.” As they continue to serve you on our current system, they will be training on the new technologies as well.
Our top priority is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all members. We will continue to work to provide products and services to meet your current and future financial needs.

What to Expect
At the close of business Friday, September 28 at 5:30 PM, the following services will not be available to members until we reopen Monday, October 1:
- Mobile Banking
- Online Banking
- Bill Pay (All online bill payments scheduled to occur during or after the upgrade will process Monday, October 1)
The following services will remain open and accessible during this time period:
- Oswego County FCU ATMs
- ATM and Debit Cards, with reduced daily limits
- Credit Cards
- ATMs, but with a $400 per day limit
