A letter to our members:

November 19, 2020

To Our Valued Members and Families:

After careful consideration and constant monitoring of our Communities reactions and steps being taken to minimize the effects of COVID-19, the Credit Union will once again be closing our branch lobbies to public access effective November 19th, 2020 This is a difficult decision, but in the end, the right decision.  There has been a sharp upturn in cases within Oswego County.  We need to do the right thing to protect you, your families, and our employees.

The Credit Unions drive-thru, night drops, text concierge, home banking, mobile banking and phone services will be available and operating.

Home banking and Mobile banking are available 24/7 to access your account and manage your money.  Text or call 315-343-7822 anytime during our office hours to make transactions and ask questions.  Our remote deposit service allows you to make check deposits by simply taking a photo of the front and back of the check.  You can also make deposits via drive-thru or by using the night drop at each branch. The night drops will be accessed all day long to process deposits.

Loan applications can still be submitted online and any loan closings will be done either electronically or by appointment only.

We appreciate your support and trust during this difficult time.  We will get through this together because at the Oswego County Federal Credit Union our members are like family and we are here for you.

Sincerely,

William Carhart

CEO-Oswego County Federal Credit Union
